PROSPECTIVE?
We maintain an active stock
option plan. While options are
granted on a discretionary basis
and the plan is subject to
change, the majority of our
producers are currently
stockholders.
Our brokers have unlimited
earning potential.
Our company provides its brokers
with administration that handles
all the business aspects of
running a structured settlement
company. Our home office in
Aliso Viejo, California deals
with, among other things,
licenses, all bill paying and
accounting functions, commission
issues and the like which allows
the brokers to focus on what
they do best – develop annuity
plans that provide secure
financial futures for injured
parties.
Our accounting procedures allow
all our brokers to be
self-financed. Our brokers don't
have to look to outside lenders
to fund their operations during
business downturns. It also
gives them a tremendous
tax-planning tool.
Our outside counsel
is recognized as one of
the legal experts in the
structured settlements
field. We also have
accountants and pension experts
available to our brokers.
We have a full-time IS staff who
works to ensure that we are on
the cutting edge of information
technology.
A succession plan is in place
for retiring brokers.

Operation
is recognized as the

is the only one of its

Currently it employs
full-time
professionals whose
entire mission is to
expand the production
opportunities for all of
our brokers. All leads,
cases, etc., are turned
over to the local
brokers. National
Marketing does not
handle cases.

National Marketing maintains the
corporate relationships between
all of Ringler Associates and
its national accounts. It
handles the company's efforts in
terms of acquiring new national
accounts and finally it is set
up to provide assistance to
brokers when acquiring local
accounts.
National Marketing represents
the company at industry meeting
such as
ATLA,
NATLE,
RIMS and
ASHRAM, distributing the leads
that are developed on a
geographic basis.
National Marketing is a resource
to call on in terms of how to
work with a particular account
at the local level.
Additionally, it disseminates
pertinent information concerning
accounts and other marketing
issues on a timely basis.
Ringler brokers have the benefit
of RINGLERstyle branding. The
Ringler logo mark of the six
intertwined rings is recognized
as the leader in the industry.
Ringler is aware of the
importance of branding and has
created a graphics standards
manual for brokers —
RINGLERstyle -- which provides
brokers with the guidance and
tools they need to maintain our
strong image, which can open
doors for brokers that might
otherwise be closed. Each broker
receives the comprehensive
advertising and logo package —
RINGLERstyle -- to help them
maximize their efforts and
potential.
WHERE DO OUR PRODUCERS COME
FROM?
| Currently Ringler Associates has
in excess of 130 full time
producers. Many of them were recruited directly from the
claims/legal communities. This
includes most of our senior
people. Most people in our
industry, however, are totally
unaware of how many of our
brokers came from other
structured settlement companies.
Currently over 40 of our brokers
worked for other structured
settlement firms prior to
joining Ringler Associates. Six
of these individuals, who were
heads of their own firms, chose
to give up the "top" position to
join Ringler Associates. |
HOW DO I AVOID GETTING LOST IN
SUCH A LARGE GROUP?
The company retains an elected
Board of Directors, who sets
company policies and serves as
representatives of the brokers
in the field. Ringler Associates
has four regions: East, West,
Midwest and South. The Board is
comprised of the heads of each
region and other elected
members. Regional Board
memberships are rotational,
which means that every few years
the members occupying those
positions step down and other
individuals replace them. This
rotation of Board members was
instituted in order to ensure
that everyone has a voice in
high-level management decisions.

Twice yearly all brokers come
together for an exchange of
information and fun, including
golf tournaments. Our three-day
company meetings, which are
preceded by a golf tournament
and cocktail party, are held
annually in Newport Beach during
February, while our annual
off-site meetings are held
during mid-year at
world-renowned resorts in
different geographical locations
each year. Spouses or guests of
brokers are invited to attend
the mid-year meetings. |

At its inception, two principles
served as the foundation of
Ringler Associates: a focus on
highly-qualified brokers, and
professional service on a local
level. These principles provided
a strong base for us to build
on, and from this base we have
built the largest and most
proficient company of its kind.
