Rachel D. Grant, CSSC



Rachel is a Settlement Annuity Specialist in the Detroit office. She has extensive knowledge in cases involving both physical injuries and non-physical injuries, including product liability, medical malpractice, general liability, and workers' compensation. Rachel has 20 years of experience in structured settlements, and has participated in the settlement of hundreds of personal injury claims.

Her responsibilities include developing and presenting settlement annuity plans, including preparing present value analyses to assist in determining claim value. Rachel attends settlement conferences, facilitations, mediations, court hearings and other settlement forums. In addition, she prepares all of the documentation necessary to finalize structured settlements. She conducts presentations on the win-win benefits of structured settlements for existing and potential clients, and she is available to review files on-site to determine structured settlement potential.

Rachel’s insurance career began during college when she worked in a State Farm office. Prior to joining Ringler Associates, she was associated with two prominent settlement annuity firms.

Her professional affiliations include membership in the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA) and the American Society of Healthcare Risk Management. Rachel is active in the Michigan Society of Healthcare Risk Management and serves on its Board of Directors.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, and she is a Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC). She is currently pursuing the designation of Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
