Bill is an Associate in the Atlanta office with 18 years of experience in financial risk management, claims and structured settlements. Prior to joining the firm, Bill worked as a commercial risk manager with GE Capital.
He is responsible for marketing and assisting in the resolution of a variety of settlements, including general tort liability, medical malpractice and workers’ compensation. Bill can provide assistance with the design and presentation of settlement proposals and will attend all settlement forums. He is also available for on-site seminars and case reviews.
Bill received a MBA degree from Goizueta Business School at Emory University, and he is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Associate.
