James J. Volanti
Jim Volanti, an associate in the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami office, is a member of the Board of Directors. He has more than 20 years of claims and structured settlement experience.
Prior to joining Ringler Associates in 1987, Jim had been a Settlement Annuity Specialist in charge of the Chicago office of English & Associates since 1983.
He began his insurance career with Allstate Insurance Company in the Midwest Commercial Regional Office, ultimately working in the Casualty Litigation Unit before joining Allstate's Reinsurance Division in 1981, serving as Senior Claims Representative in South Barrington, Illinois.
Jim earned the designation of Casualty Claims Law Associate in 1982. He is a member of the National Association of Life Underwriters, the National Structured Settlements Trade Association, the Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Council, Inc. and the South Florida claims Association.
He earned a bachelor of arts degree in finance from the University of Illinois in 1978.
