Joe C. Mullis
Joe Mullis, who heads the Houston office, has been handling structured settlements since 1982, following 19 years in casualty claims.
He began his claims career in 1963 with General Adjustment Bureau. He was with Allstate insurance Company for nine years and held a number of supervisory claims positions in the Atlanta area. In 1973 he became the Atlanta Claims Manager for Market Facilities, the Excess and Surplus Division of American Reserve Corporation. Later, Joe moved to the American Reserve claims staff in Chicago, where he was named Assistant Vice President and Regional Claims Manager.
Upon leaving American Reserve, he became Vice President of Claims for the Moore Insurance Group. Prior to joining Ringler Associates in 1982, he was Branch Manager for Surplus Insurance Brokers of North America.
Joe is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association.
He received his bachelor's degree from Georgia Southern College (1963).
